Armadillo Security Services of Texas, LLC. has been operating in the state of Texas since 1981. We are licensed by the Texas Private Security Bureau under license no. C02928. We were founded by our late owner, Carl T. Maynard, who had over 30 years experience in law enforcement and private security.

Our current owner is Ronita Maynard, who has many years of management experience and a strong knowledge of the private security industry. Along side Ronita Maynard is Kim Villarreal who serves as our vice-president and account manager.
